The Decree of Consolidation, from the Archdiocese

I hereby decree the merger of Saint Mary Parish, Saint Andrew Parish, and Saint Theresa of Lisieux Parish to form one new parish to be known as SAINT MATTHEW THE EVANGELIST PARISH. The just and serious reasons that motivate this action include the need to have a single faith community capable of more effectively sustaining itself, while evangelizing and sharing the resources of the Catholic Community of Billerica.
