HELP NEEDED at Christmas Fair!
Can you help with the St. Matthew Christmas Fair? Volunteers are needed to set-up the hall before the Fair and in various ways on the day of the fair in the following ways:
Set-Up– Help needed during the week of November 26th-December 1st
Selling Raffle Tickets– Help needed the day of the Fair ( must be 18+)
Children’s Activities– Help needed the day of the Fair
Cleaning Up– Help needed at the end of the Fair

Other ways you can help…
Gift Baskets– We are requesting Gift Basket contents. No need to donate the basket, the Fair committee will assemble the baskets. Some ideas for the gift baskets include: Movie Night, Baking, Kids Games, Spa Day, Sport Accessories, etc.. Drop off your Gift Basket donations in the designated box inside the front of either church before mass on the weekends of November 18-19.
Bake Sale Table– Do you like to bake? Any donation you can give of non-perishable baked items would be greatly appreciated.
St. Matthew Table– Are you crafty? Any donation you can give of hand-made items from our parishioners who like to knit, crochet, sew, craft, etc. would be greatly welcomed.

It’s time to return your Raffle Tickets (and money for tickets sold). Please place the envelopes in the collection basket, drop them in the grey mailbox outside the Parish Office, or bring them into the Office. Please return any unsold tickets.
It is only with your help that we can make this fair a huge success!
