St. Matthew Parish’s Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated at St. Theresa Church on Thursday, November 23rd at 8:30am. All are encouraged to bring any bread or rolls you are planning to serve at your Thanksgiving meal to be blessed at this Mass. As we “break bread” with family and friends on Thanksgiving, what a perfect time to recall the blessings that God has bestowed on us!
Interfaith Community Thanksgiving Dinner
The Billerica Interfaith Association is reviving their Billerica tradition of a Community Thanksgiving Dinner that was curtailed by the pandemic.
This community event will be held on Thursday, November 23rd at 1pm at the First Congregational Church, 18 Andover Road.
We have new Haitian neighbors who will be joining us to experience the warmth and joy of an American Thanksgiving. Many seniors and young folks living far from their families enjoy the camaraderie of sitting down for a festive meal together as well. It’s a meal served family style where we all sit together and give thanks.
This event is free to all. Any donations will support the Billerica Community Pantry.
