Masses & Confessions
St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish

We offer three Sunday Masses:

We offer Masses each weekday:

We also offer Confession each Saturday at 2pm at St. Theresa Church.

Please note: As of the weekend of June 19, the dispensation from the obligation for coming to Sunday Mass has been lifted.

Missalettes. Because of the covid-19 protocols in our churches, our pews resources of Missalettes and Music Issues were removed. The Parish resource is a yearly subscription that began on the First Sunday of Advent. Since we were in pandemic protocols through Advent 2020, parishioners continued to use their own resource: MAGNIFICAT or their smart phone: accessing usccb.org (United States Catholic Conference of Bishops) for Sunday’s Readings. Watch for future information regarding the Parish’s plans for new pew resources!

More details

As of May 29, masks are no longer required for vaccinated people in Massachusetts. The Commonwealth advises that non-vaccinated people should continue to wear masks. Signing up to attend Mass via Sign Up Genius is also no longer required.

We will accommodate those who want to continue to social distance while at Mass. We have designated the left and right wings of St. Theresa Church as Social Distancing sections, until the needs are reduced. Please respect this section for those who are uncomfortable without masks and without social distancing. As always, if you are feeling ill, please remain home.

There will be a Collection Basket at entrance of the Church, but NO baskets will be passed.

We can once again exchange the sign of peace, without contact with those who are not of the same household.

We are finalizing plans about reintroducing Missals in the pews, but in the meantime, please continue to use your own Mass resources.

As always, CLICK HERE to view our online bulletin.
